- To login to OneACCS SSB, your User ID is your A#.
- Your A# (User ID) was sent to you via email.
- If you do not know your A# (User ID), submit a Student Help Desk Ticket or call 205.391.3939.
- Your default PIN is your six-digit date of birth. (Example: July 1, 2019 = 070119)
- You will be required to change the default PIN immediately after logging in. You must use numbers only, no letters, special characters, spaces, or symbols. Please remember your new PIN for future use.
- If you are unable to login, submit a Student Help Desk Ticket or call 205.391.3939.
